Our membership features workouts for Yoga, Meditation, Pilates and Barre videos anytime, anywhere. We also send a regular email with additional holistic tips and resources along with Live workouts in our private Facebook group
Private Sessions

Supporting with restorative yoga & breath work for stress and anxiety. Rehabilitation from injuries and child birth and more.
$100 per session, or $800 for 10 sessions.
