An immersive single-day retreat designed to help you shake off the winter layers and embrace a more confident, calm & abundant headspace as you move forward into summer
A similar vibe to my signature movement classes, Bloom + Flow is your chance to come and get totally loved on for a day.
No kids or work or to-do lists. Just you + me + a small group of others for a day filled with yummy food, feel-good movement, human connection, relaxation, inspiration and female-focused education.
(It’s basically the event equivalent of a giant bear hug!)

An exclusive seaside hideaway will be our home base for the retreat. With a private and sheltered lawn area overlooking the ocean, this space offers the ultimate peaceful environment for reflection and reinvigoration.

You don’t need to commit to a full weekend retreat to reap the benefits — we can achieve a lot in 5 hours!
9am: arrive at the beach for paddleboard yoga
10:30am: take a short walk to our venue via the coffee shop!
10:45am: Take a peek inside your goodie bag before being treated to a divine and nourishing morning tea.
11:30am: Informal chat tailored to our attendees
12.30pm: A delicious lunch and time to relax & chat, maybe a beach walk if you desire
2pm: Afternoon yin class to leave you feeling totally blissed out

Yes! All the food will be plant-based, dairy free and gluten free (or with alternatives offered) and 100% delicious. But please get in touch if you have any allergies I should know about.

Comfortable activewear, walking shoes, any medications you need and a yoga mat (if you prefer your own). A relaxed attitude and open mind is always a bonus!

Absolutely. If you’d like a payment plan please get in touch and we can arrange something that works for you.

Not necessarily. A little yoga/pilates experience is ideal so you can jump straight in, but we can modify the session to cater for all levels.
