Questions & Answers 

 
  • Can I cancel my online classes at any time?

    Yes, absolutely. You can easily cancel your subscription online anytime.

  • Do I have to do the online classes at a certain time?

    Not at all. Classes are pre-recorded and loaded onto our online library for you to do whenever it suits, you can also return to your favourites over and over.

  • What about the Facebook group classes?

    You can choose to do these live with me but once the live class is finished the class is there in the group forever for when it suits you.

  • I’d like to try a yoga, Pilates, or barre class in person, can I do that?

    I teach during weekdays at CityFitness in Quarantine Road, Nelson. See the timetable to my classes
